4:00p: Check into your accommodations at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake
4:30p: Welcome reception - meet the instructors and participants for a welcome drink & snack
5:45-7:00p: Yoga with Cyndy Stanley - breath deeply & set your intention for the weekend
7:30p: Group dinner

Friday, January 10
6:30a: Pre-yoga coffee & smoothie
7:00-8:00a: Yoga with Cyndy - greet the day with an energizing Yoga session
8:15a: Group Breakfast
9:30a: Cross-country ski equipment review - everything you need to know about how to choose ski equipment and wax to fit you, your skill level, and snow conditions
10:30a-12:30p: Cross-country ski lessons with Magi Scallion
12:30p: Break for Lunch
Afternoon: Cross-country skiing with Magi or free time to relax or explore Whitefish
4-5p: Apres Ski refreshments at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake
5:30-7p: Yoga with Cyndy - stretch and recover
7:45p: Dinner in the Boat Club Dining Room at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake

Saturday, January 11 6:30a: Pre-yoga coffee & smoothie
7-8a: Yoga with Cyndy
8:15a: Group Breakfast
10a-Noon: Cross-country ski lessons with Magi Scallion
Noon: Break for Lunch
1p-4p: Cross-country skiing with Magi or free time to explore Whitefish or relax
4-5p: Apres Ski refreshments at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake
5:30-7p: Yoga with Cyndy
7:45p: Dinner at the Firebrand Lounge in downtown Whitefish
