Classic wood boats in Whitefish for this event will range in age from 1929 to 2015, with the majority being pre-1960's. The shortest vessel comes in at 13 feet in length, while the longest is 31 ft. Joining us from Montana, Idaho, Washington, California, Colorado, and Canada, these boat owners are excited to share their gorgeous wooden vessels.Owners consider themselves curators of fine art, with both a responsibility to care for that art, as well as share it with others in shows such as Whitefish Woody Weekend. The desire to pass on this art to successors so that it can continue to be enjoyed is strong among woody owners.
Brush up on your terms regarding woodies and join us in celebrating these intricately designed crafts.
